Shipping

  • Orders from FE-STAGE are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days, pending credit card verification—unless stated otherwise in the product description.
  • Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. A second email will follow once your order has been shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident shopping with FE-STAGE. If something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

new, unused condition, with all tags, protective materials, and original packaging (including authenticity cards, dust bags, etc.).
must be tried on over undergarments, with the protective hygiene strip intact.
For exchanges, please return the original item and place a new order. Refunds are issued in line with our standard return policy.

Please note: Jewelry, art, beauty, and fragrance items, as well as any product marked FINAL SALE, are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
