Shipping
- Orders from FE-STAGE are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days, pending credit card verification—unless stated otherwise in the product description.
- Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. A second email will follow once your order has been shipped.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to feel confident shopping with FE-STAGE. If something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Please ensure the following:
new, unused condition, with all tags, protective materials, and original packaging (including authenticity cards, dust bags, etc.).
must be tried on over undergarments, with the protective hygiene strip intact.
For exchanges, please return the original item and place a new order. Refunds are issued in line with our standard return policy.
